With an in-house parts and supplies inventory of over $500,000.00 we will install the right part quickly, keeping your “down time” at a minimum. At Allen Business Machines our goal is to provide the best copier and fax service possible. We measure and monitor our performance in many key areas. Most important to the majority of our customers is our response time to their service requests. On this page you will find posted our response time for the previous year - 2007.
Another one of our current goals is to provide Courtesy Calls for our Maintenance Agreement customers. Our intention is to provide service calls when it is more convenient for our customers and to prevent the inconvenience of emergency service calls.
