At ABM, our service makes the difference. As Sharp, HP, Lexmark, Fellowes, and Intimus authorized service providers, you can be sure we have the expertise to get your job done right. We provide factory trained service on your Sharp copier, HP and Lexmark printers and Intimus and Fellowes brands of shredders. We also service and repair Sharp and Panasonic fax machines.
As a locally owned company, our service staff has well over 175 years of cumulative knowledge and a superior relationship with our vendors. We have a vested interest in the success of all of our customers. When you place a service request, you can be assured all facets of the service process are preformed locally, without exception. With an in-house parts and supplies inventory of over $500,000.00 we will install the right part quickly, keeping your "down time" at a minimum. All of our technicians are Factory Certified on the equipment they service.

At ABM our goal is to provide the best copier, fax and shredder service possible. We measure and monitor our performance in many key areas. The most important performance for us is our Service Response Time to service requests. On this page you will find posted ABM's Service Response Time for 2009. The average response time in 2009 was 2.4 hours, well below our competitors average of 4 hours.
One of the services ABM offers is a program for our Maintenance Contract Customers called the Preventative Maintenance Call. These are calls that we generate to perform preventive maintenance to insure your machine will continue to work as efficient as possible and minimize potential downtime. Last year, 51% of our 8,841 Equipment Service Calls were proactive Preventative Maintenance Calls.
