Sharp BP Series MFPs ship with native integrations for Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Google Drive. No middleware. No third-party licensing. ABM sets it up and trains your team.
Most Sharp copiers in Fort Wayne offices are connected to exactly nothing. They print. They copy. They scan to a local folder nobody remembers to check. Meanwhile, your whole team lives in Teams and OneDrive. Your Sharp can live there too — and ABM is the dealer that actually sets it up.
Every Sharp BP Series MFP includes these integrations at no additional licensing cost.
Scan a document directly from the Sharp panel and send it to any Teams channel, chat, or folder — without touching a computer. Works on all BP Series MFPs.
Connect your Sharp copier to your Microsoft 365 environment. Scan to personal OneDrive folders, shared SharePoint libraries, or team drives — with full Microsoft authentication.
Scan directly to a Google Drive folder — shared drives, My Drive, or team folders. Print Drive documents without downloading. Full Google Workspace authentication.
Print from iPhone, Android, Mac, or Windows laptop without installing drivers. Sharp's OSA platform supports AirPrint, Mopria, and Wi-Fi Direct — your team prints the way they work.
Sharp's OSA (Open Systems Architecture) platform is embedded in every BP Series MFP. It runs directly on the copier's panel — no PC bridge, no middleware server, no third-party subscription. When you scan, you're authenticating with your real Microsoft or Google account at the device itself.
ABM handles the initial configuration — connecting OSA to your Microsoft 365 tenant or Google Workspace, setting up default scan destinations, and training your team on the panel. After that, it just works.
Sharp's OSA integrations use your organization's own authentication (Microsoft SSO or Google SSO). Documents scanned to cloud storage go directly to your tenant — they don't touch Sharp's servers. PIN-based print release, end-to-end encryption, and full audit trails are included on every BP Series device.
ABM configures and tests every integration before we hand the keys over. Build your copier, or talk to us about your current setup.
